“Imagination is a dedicate thing. It can be killed with a sneer or a yawn. It can be stabbed to death by a quip.” To expose children’s inner creative skills and talents our school has organized Rakhi Making Competition and Drawing Competition. It was compulsory to participate for classes II to V. Competition is an activity in which children tries to exhibit their talent and skills. It is an event in which children take part in order to find out who is best at a particular activity ie someone who is efficient and effective. Rakhi Making Competition was held on 11th of Aug 2011, on the near occasion of Rakshabandhan, a festival of tying rakhis. All children of each class participated in Rakhi Making Competition and made beautiful rakhi by their own. They have brought all decorative things and requirements to make rakhi. In their own classes the competition took place. Much of the time has been given for the best to put in. The results have not been declared yet. Student’s participation and their crafts were remarkable. Many talented students and new innovative ideas have come out from this competition.
On 12th of Ag 2011, Friday the Drawing and Colouring competition held. Through this many students inherit skills reported like viewing, visual representation and grasping skills. The event took place in their respective classes where they worked on the predefined topics that are: - Kinds of pollution Indian festivals Students were participated with great zeal and shown lot of interest. Students came out with many ideas and potential on the paper. The drawings were as naturally painted as it was giving real look. More colourful and creatively the topics were presented on the paper with different scheme that it was a zeal success to organize this competition. |
