PRERNA – A PARENTS’ TALENT SHOW
St. Joseph’s Convent School organized ‘PRERNA’ – A Parents’ Talent Show for the first time in the school. The event was a great success and won accolades from all. Hon’ Mayor Mr. Kaushalendra Singh graced the occasion as the chief guest. He inaugurated the programme with the lightning of the lamp along with Hon’ Principal Sr. Theresa and parents. Mrs. Neelu Mishra was the guest of honour.
Mr. Neeraj Agrawal welcomed the guests. It was followed by a welcome dance by the students of class VI to VIII. The parents enthusiastically participated in the ‘Fashion Show Competition’ caring themselves gracefully on the ramp in the traditional attire. It was followed by a mind-boggling quiz competition which was thoroughly enjoyed.
A sizzling dance performance on ‘TERA HI JALWA’ by the students of class VII brimmed all with an indescribable thrill. The parents then mellifluously sang various songs with was equally transporting. A Tableau by XI COMMERCE students on the theme of women exploitation was an eye-opener. Then followed the dance competition between the parents where they capered on various numbers to the fun and enjoyment of all.
